Play of the hand          It was actually East's lead since North bid Diamonds first, but North forgot too and put their hand down so South becomes the Declarer! The AC is led and things look tough. Sometimes that happens when you look for slam and bypass a simple 3NT. I like a challenge South declares!   1) West leads the AC and South discards a Heart. 2) West switches to a Heart taken by the Ace. 3) South discards another Heart on the KC.

Play of the hand          Hearts can be ruffed but the Spades are a big problem.   4) Dummy leads a Heart ruffed high by South. 5) A low Diamond to the Ace draws their trump. 6) Dummy's last Heart is ruffed in hand.

Play of the hand          Declarer is quite pleased with themselves at this point. All that is left is to make one of the Spade losers vanish.   7) Dummy is entered once again with the QD. 8) The JS is led for a finesse and loses to West's Queen.

Play of the hand          West has been endplayed and South wins the rest of the tricks easily. If West returns a Spade they are finessing themselves. If they lead a Club, Dummy throws away a Spade and Declarer ruffs in hand. Now the AS and Dummy's 3 trumps win the rest of the tricks.    This hand is an example of an "Elimination Endplay". Declarer eliminated all of the other suits West could lead, and then West was given a trick and then forced to commit suicide on the next lead.
