Every effort is made to make sure our customers receive their orders in a timely manner and that the correct items are shipped. We stand behind all of our products and will accept returns or exchanges if you are not satisfied and the items are returned in new condition. A restocking fee may be applied to time sensitive materials such as calendars. Shipping charges will normally not be refunded unless we have made an error with an order.
