A Quick Change of Suits

They were playing 3NT and I led 4th down in my Spade suit. Partner won the trick and returned a Spade. Declarer ducked once and then won the continuation. My Spades were now set up but I didn't really see an entry. Lo and behold I got back in with the Jack of Diamonds. I played a couple of Spades and Declarer moaned while throwing red cards.
I was down to 1 Spade and 1 Heart and Declarer had KH and KD in their hand. I played my last Spade but when it hit the table I was shocked to see it was my Heart instead. I had just given them the game. Declarer was all ready for my last Spade however and threw their KD so they could save their KH. Surprise, I now led my last Spade and got their KH!
